Vegetarian Belts How Can I Get Sufficent Protein And Nutriends While A Vegetarian?

How can i get sufficent protein and nutriends while a vegetarian? - vegetarian belts

Meat consumption is not really an option because I am a Buddhist, and I started the meat from my diet (except fish) Thank you all for your suggestions. But if you want even more options to eat, you can:
Tofu
Nuts
