What exercises can I do with either no equipment, a bowling ball, or weights without the bar? - bowling equipment for sale
I want to build muscles, but I just do not spend over $ 100 or less on an exercise bike, and I'm too busy / lazy to go to the gym. Also, I do not want to lose weight, because I'm already on weight as it is.

Push-ups, sit ups, running, taking the weight and back on their feet to keep them and then do squats while holding the ball about 2-4 cm from your gut .......
Basic squats and push-ups are good. You can lift heavy things around the house as something that works. Or you could buy a cheap pair.
